COMPLAINTS POLICY

If you wish to make a formal complaint, in the first instance you must submit this in writing to the following address:

If you are not satisfied with our final response you may then refer your complaint further to the International Parking Community (IPC) at https://theipc.info/ .


Please note that the complaints procedure is not meant as a method for motorists to appeal a PCN they have received, but rather when there is an issue regarding the quality of the services we have provided, our processes or the behaviour/actions of our employees.


Therefore if we receive complaint which is really an appeal challenging the validity of a PCN, we will treat it as such and deal with it appropriately via the appeals procedure. This will be communicated in our response to the complainant unless we are informed otherwise.
