TRANSFER LIABILTY OF A PCN
If you are the Registered Keeper of a vehicle and have received a PCN but were not the hirer, owner or driver at the time of the parking charge being issued, then please email appeals@nwcarparks.co.uk and provide serviceable details of the person who is liable.

If you are a vehicle hire company please try to include a copy of the relevant hire agreement when sending your nomination along with the first and last page of the Notice to Keeper letter received.
If you are an individual transferring liability to the driver of a vehicle then you must fully complete the last page of the Notice to Keeper titled 'Payment / Driver Identification Form', providing readable and serviceable details of the liable driver, the 'Statement of Truth' box must also be filled out and signed.
Please be aware that if the details written on the form are not legible, we may contact you for further confirmation.
If you have lost the last page of the Notice to Keeper letter received then please contact us via email as we can provide another copy.
